The 8th release and 2nd EP from Pater Shrouder, Psychosomatic Distancing, is a ritual delving into our most vulnerable needs. Our lives are often very busy, and it is easy to get caught up in daily 'grind'. This time period has given us the rare gift of being able to slow down, reflect, and focus on parts of our relationships and ourselves that need love and attention. Be brave in your inner work!

The soundscapes on this album, albeit sometimes with heavy sonic manipulation, feature a disco ball, a ceiling fan, a dehumidifier, an otamatone, and a wall clock.
